The job market has pivoted.
The job market used to be an employer market but now it has pivoted to a talent market. For every 3 jobs is one candidate. While the market has pivoted a recession is here...but the job market hasn't gotten the memo because companies are hiring left and right. The only industry that could be potentially affected relies on interest rates.
